The personal help that is offered is light to heavy house cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, washing and waxing floors, window washing, meals preparations and clean up, cooking and baking, personal laundry, linen care, yard work, pet care, errands to and from appointments, grocery shopping, and personal shopping, I can also provide companion visits, activities, arts and crafts, reading assistance, memory expressions, low range exercise, recreational trips, sight seeing within area, personal "assistant" care, and many other services that I might not have mentioned.
