While my primary experience is with children, I have some experience with the elderly. I am a calm and loving person. I have a 90-year-old great grandmother, a 72-year-old grandmother, a 65-year-old grandmother, and a 67-year-old grandfather. I lived with my grandmother for several months post stroke when I was 19 so helped out then and I have helped out with my whenever needed (weekends and weeks when her normal caregivers are out of town). I am responsible and can help with medication and can help with getting around and dressing as needed. I am comfortable with assisting females with bathing if needed. I am patient and can listen to the same stories a million times.
