I worked in an assisted-living facility for a year. I went through CNA training and I did senior care privately for a family for a year until my client passed away. I have been providing care for seniors for almost 15 years now, and have experience with hospice, Hoyer lifts, pressure sores, and just about anything else you can throw my way. I take direction well, but I'm also very able to direct, if needed. I worked a full time day job sitting behind a desk, for 10 years, and was relieved when my position was eliminated. I have found my passion. I love caring for people, and above all, I love being with seniors, they have so much to teach and tell us and there are so many things we can learn from them.
