I have cleaned homes, shopped, and prepared meals for seniors while in the employ of Beckland home health care. My mother-in-law lived in the downstairs of my home from age 76-82. I volunteer three mornings a month at Augustana health care center in apple valley. There I do nail polishing for senior women in the memory care unit. I love to spend time with people who have had so much life experience. I love to hear stories about "the old days" and I also like doing things for people that they can no longer do for themselves. I strongly believe that we should do everything possible to help men and women age with dignity.
