I first started caring for my mom when she became incapacitated by diabetes. Our social worker at the time recognized my caring skills and suggested I become a caregiver. I have worked as a caregiver a total of 5 years. I have worked for myself for the most part but have worked for a company called "Home Helpers". I find this work rewarding and love to help others. I believe seniors should be able to stay in their homes as long as possible and I feel very humbled to be able to help them.
