I have spent many years as a primary caregiver for family and friends, plus being a hospice volunteer.

Providing service arises from a life and passion for offering support to others both professionally and in my personal life. My background includes 33 years working in healthcare both in direct patient care and management. I have 15 years experience working exclusively with seniors. I have spent many years as a primary caregiver for family and friends, plus being a hospice volunteer.

A few of the situations in which I have provided support are individuals recovering from an illness or injury, undergoing medical treatment/chemo-therapy, experiencing chronic health conditions, cancer, and caregivers needing non-medical respite. Some of the services I can offer are: meal preparation, light housekeeping, organizing, running errands, companionship, a walking partner, transportation, and walking pets.

Clients receive the same respect and care I provide and require for my own loved ones and friends. I am committed to providing service and support with compassion, respect, integrity, and dependability. I am bonded and fully insured.

I enjoy cooking, hiking, walking my dog Kody, writing, and good conversation.
