My name is Izabela. I have worked with senior citizens for about 6 years now. Some of my duties included:

-Worked one on one with a terminally ill patient diagnosed with Alzheimer's and stage three Dementia
-Assisted clients with their activities of daily living (ADL's)
-Administered treatments and medication on an as needed basis
-Provided support for the client and family members through the dying process
-Assist residents suffering with Dementia and Alzheimer's in sharpening their cognitive abilities through various planned activities that promote mindfulness and focus
-Assist nursing staff and other members of the medical team provide excellent day to day care for all residents within the facility

I have worked in clients' homes as well as a nursing facility and hospitals. I am dedicated, hard working and compassionate about what I do. I have completed a medical assistant program and currently hold a diploma. I have a passion on becoming a nurse and growing from there. Nothing puts a smile on my face more than knowing I have made a difference in someone's life by the end of the day. My goal is to provide safe and effective care for the clients that I am working with.
