I am a certified Home Health Aide with over six years of experience caring for the elderly. I am very kind, gentle and patient. I have a passion to care for the elderly, with the understanding that we all may not have the convenience of taking care of our own parents or loved ones. I have had firsthand experience caring for my own parents in their last years. I believe that one should treat the elderly as if they are their own mother and/or father. It is with that belief and practice that I have gained favor from all my previous employers. I am a great companion, I'm clean and I'm a good and healthy cook. I enjoy learning about my patients and I take special interest in what they like (TV, social outings, games and puzzles, reading). My experience includes medication reminders, light housekeeping, doctor visits and companionship. I have provided care for patients with Alzheimer's, Quadriplegia, Dementia, Parkinson's and a wide range of medical illnesses associated with aging.
