I helped him with all his ADL's and assisting him with his doctors appointments and walks around the park for daily exercise. I am caring, loving, self-motivated, respectful and I am also a good cook and a good housekeeper. I completed 100 hours of basic training of Personal Care Assisting and received my certificate and my CPR and first aid certificate. In the training, I learned about body mechanics and fall prevention. I also know how to work and communicate with dementia and Alzheimer's and also report abuse and neglect.
