For the past 10 years I have been an in home personal caretaker for multiple individuals with various needs and under various conditions. I have provided care for people of all ages, both women and men.
I am comfortable and experienced with elderly individuals, people with cognitive impairments, persons with disabilities, and the care of individuals afflicted with most diseases.
I have a clear driving record and a reliable, insured vehicle for transportation to and from work, as well as to run errands or to transport clients to appointments.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and past responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assists patient with mobility activities; Range of Motion. Transfers. Positions patient to prevent complications of immobility. Provides skin care. Tracheotomy care. bathing, perineal care, dressing, shaving, lifts and transfers, Assures good oral hygiene through direct provision of care or assisting patient. Plans, shop for and prepares a balanced, attractive meal which meets cultural and medical needs of patient. Cleans kitchen, patients room, and bathroom. Do laundry, driving, household management, Observes physical and emotional aspects of patient condition. Provides emotional support to patient/family. Encourages patient/family toward maximum independence. Accurately documents observations and actions on progress notes. Maintaining ethical and confidentiality. Monitoring vitals, PEG feeding.
