* I provide health care to the sick. My duties consist of: administering and changing dressings, and performing a variety of domestic duties requested by the patient or client. I keep and maintain patient care record including patient progress, condition, problems or complications. I also ensure report is prepared in such a way as to be able to report and discuss observations to supervisor, nurse or case manager. I help moving in and out of and between beds, bath tubs, automobiles, wheel chairs and other similar situations. I also help patients with grooming and cleaning, and check patients vitals including temperature, pulse and respiration rate.
