I have 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant for a local Internal Medicine Specialist in Louisville. I absolutely loved the job. I enjoyed working with the patients, especially the elderly. We were given a variety of duties which included shots, exams, information gathering and various other duties. I left this job to become a Nurse Assistant at a hospital for 2 years. At the time I worked in the cancer ward where many very ill patients were located. I again loved this job and developed a caring, compassionate understanding of how disease and sickness can impact an individual. After this time I moved into sales and was required to drive many miles throughout the city and surrounding areas. I have excellent driving skills and know the different areas of Louisville. I enjoy driving and own a 4WD vehicle. I actually love driving in the snow! I have also raised 2 adopted special needs children and what a joy and experience this has been. In addition I trained and worked as a Massage Therapist for 6 years and currently practice Reflexology. I enjoy helping people and assisting with preventative health care and stress reduction.
