I am new to this area after serving in overseas mission work with my husband and three children for 11+ years. I'm presently looking for part-time work that would allow me to be available for my family after school hours. A job that is on a more personal level interests me. Although I really have no paid experience with senior care, since July I have made myself available to help my mother-in-law as needed as she went through and completed her cancer treatments, and I continue to help her occasionally with a business that she and her husband operate. I would like the opportunity to be of service in general ways like light housekeeping, taking care of mail, helping with gardening, reading aloud, helping with craft or odd projects, or simply being available for company and conversation. I want my life to be reaching out and helping others.
