I trained as a therapist in an intern program focusing on senior health. I received experiential training, working with seniors at an ADHC providing them counseling and group therapy. I also took many year long courses, with regards to understanding the mental and physical health of seniors. I've enjoyed working with seniors and would love to continue providing work in many capacities. I find this to be a crucial time in a person's life where it is important for them to have experiences that are dignified, despite the challenges posed by increasingly dependent needs.
