I have been working in the human services field for over 10 years and enjoy helping others. I have five years of experience in senior care (both for the physical and memory challenged) that includes: companion help, meal preparation, daily medication, walks, reading, escorting to the doctor, shopping, light housekeeping, yard work, transportation and much more. I make sure that my patient's daily hygiene is met and have an open communication. I also do stretches, light exercising and mental stimulation with my clients (if okay with the doctor). I provide daily care, socialization and transportation services for your loved one.
