I have recently say for an elderly lady with Parkinson's for about 6 months, once a week. I typically stayed with her over night. I am in Physical Therapy school where I have taken several classes that have educated me on the use of walkers, wheelchairs, bed mobility and much more that would facilitate in assisting with elderly individuals. I am open to helping in any way possible, cleaning, cooking, helping with the restroom or bathing, or just keeping them company. I feel I can offer both the comfort of a friend and the basic medical knowledge to ensure a safe environment.
