Responsibilities include, checking temperature and blood pressure. I observe and report the food intake of the residents. Both the solid and liquid form of food must be noted and reported. If the residents of the nursing home become ill or get hurt, I report the incident to the higher authority immediately to ensure that the patient is being addressed in a timely manner.
