I am a certified nursing assistant for 21+ years and a medical assistant since 2005. I have cared for handicapped/special needs children and adults (grew up with cerebral palsy, paralyzed, quad, mentally disabled with feeding tubes, children, etc.). I worked with the same in adults (in south Florida). I have worked at a teaching hospital, have worked with senior citizens in nursing homes in FL, and have worked on a behavioral health unit and with a variety of patients at the local hospitals here in NKY. I love working with people who need and can trust in my care for them. I am very trustworthy, dependable, and patient. I have three children, ages 14, 11, and 7, all of whom are my world. My daughter wants to follow my footsteps to further her education into the pediatric doctoral field. I cannot stress the fact that I love caring for others and making a difference in people's lives! Overall, I have worked in the medical field for over 21 years and I ran an in-home child care center for eight years. I have home-schooled my children for four years until 4 years ago in which they went into public school and for me to work evening/night shifts. I would be available for care from Monday thru Friday 8:15 a.m. - 3 p.m. and occasionally other times I would be available. For base rate of $13 to $16 per hour. I look to start ASAP!
