While I may not have paid experience as a caregiver, I have quite a bit of personal experience. My grandmother raised me and growing up we volunteered together at senior citizens homes. It has always been such a great feeling being able to help or just knowing I made someones day by bringing a smile to their face. I was also my great grandfathers primary caregiver until he passed, he suffered from Dementia and Hepatitis. Making sure he was always taken care of, as well as comfortable and happy as possible was very important to me. I am looking to work as a caregiver because I enjoyed the experiences I had and I love to help others.
