I have been providing care for senior's for over 15 years. It began with moving into my grandma's and caring for her in her own home when I was only a teenager. I became a licensed CNA in 2000. I worked in skilled nursing for 5 years and then got into management of adult family homes for the last 7 years. I am broadening my career and am currently enrolled at Everett Community College where I am studying to be an RN. I have worked with all types of patients and illnesses. I have cared for diabetics, colostomy patients, tube feedings, dementia and mental health. My certifications include; current CNA license, Nurse Delegation, Fundamentals of Care Giving, First Aid, CPR, Food Handlers, Specialty Dementia, Specialty Mental Health, Hospice Certifications through Swedish Hospital and all current TB testing and immunizations. I also have reliable transportation, drivers license with a perfect driving record (of which I can furnish a copy) and valid insurance. I also can pass a background check and have one available for viewing. I love hospice care and hope to become part of a hospice team once I obtain my degree in nursing. I would love to assist you or your loved one with their care. I am a mother of two and am happily married, I spend my free time at home and my interests involve family time and outdoors.
