My years with senior care began with a wonderful grandmother. Since then I have experience with Diabetics, Amputation, Hospice, Feeding tubes, IV flushing, Medication Management, Cancer, Parkinson's, LBD syndrome, Dementia, and Home Management. I have experience with documenting daily progress, going to doctor's appointments, keeping a calender of all appointments with notes on every visit. Monitoring medication, and keeping the house stocked with groceries, keeping my senior client clean, and managing the house. I also have experience managing staff for multiple caregivers. I took Developmental Psychology, concentrating on geriatric care in college. Mostly I have become a caring, very patient, calm, and loving caregiver with a lot of respect and empathy for our elderly and disabled.
