Hello! I just saw your request on Care. com for a housekeeper and thought perhaps I could help. I live in Coventry. My Thursdays are open during the time that you would need. I have worked for "A Caring Hand" the last two years as a homemaker/companion for the elderly which mainly included housekeeping for those unable to do the work themselves because of physical reasons. I am very detail oriented. I aim to please and I understand that one person's "Picky" is simply a person who knows how their home should be and does not want to settle for less, nor should they have to. With communication, I will bend over backwards to keep your home looking the way you want and need it to be! I have worked with the elderly since I was a Jr. Volunteer at 5 years old. My mother was a recreation director and I always say "I grew up in Nursing Homes". When I was 13 my mother changed facilities but I stayed becoming a volunteer working 40 hour weeks during summer and vacations plus every holiday day off of school. I worked in recreation when I was older, mainly with Alzheimer's and then more recently, the last 2 years as a homemaker.
