I'm Bernice C. I am 18 years of age. I'm a nursing student and i'm interested in having a part time job as a senior care provider. I'm a senior care provider in my country Philippines months ago before I moved here. Usually, the families that I was working for were the ones that cannot afford to send their parents to nursing homes. I was watching them during my working hours, preparing meal for them, helping them to use the bathroom and washing them too. Joining them in the hobbies and activities that they are doing during their leisure time. My responsibility for them is to keep them safe and encourage them emotionally because some of them was abandoned by their kids due that they also have their own family. My responsibility for them is to be their companion and make them feel that they are not alone, that there is someone who's gonna take care of them especially now that they are getting old.
