Hello and thank you for reading a bit about my work and personal experiences. For the past three years, I have worked hand-in-hand with two families, specifically an Aphasic legally blind senior with Diabetes and other medical needs (three plus years), as well as a retired Professor of Philosophy, writer and musician (one plus year). Both value independence and quality of life, characteristics I deeply admire and aspire to meet daily. The way in which I organize my day to fulfill basic to challenging needs creates space for these traits to manifest on a continuum, providing a steady and reliable breadth of experience to directly impact the lives of those I am honored to call working friendships. Whether it is preparing an elaborate feast for a dinner party, responding to a dire medical emergency, caring for a pet, or inspiring a reluctant workout session, all are approached with a skill set of both natural and trained aptitude. Personally, I am an artist. Humanities suit me. From a deep understanding and need, giving mindfulness and meaningfulness through my approach to not just work, but life, I find joy in more little moments than any other professional pursuits I have ever endeavored. Baking pastries is a warm close second, but just a bit too imperfectly precisely perfect for my tastes. I much prefer character lines.
