I have been caring for my uncle who is now recovering from a major stroke. I used to provide care for my auntie who also had a stroke in my early teen years and always cared for my parents when they would get ill... I have such a great passion for others because it is nothing new to me... I am planning to go to school so I can get my RN degree. I lost both my parents from a stroke and heart attack... my father had diabetes and my mother had high blood pressure. I was the child they would depend on to make sure they took their medication on time and I would make sure they ate right... I started to keep a close eye on both of them when I was in fifth grade because they were always working hard. We owned a family business and with it came a lot of stress and responsibility. I am now seeking a job now that my uncle is better.
