I used to be a Girl Scout, Pioneer Girl, and did a lot of community service. We made many trips to the old folks home. We would spend time with them, play games with them or make them things to cheer them up or to just make some conversation with. I was helping my grandmother whom moved in with me and my family. She had Polymyalgia. Little daily errands to help her with and just some things that needed to be done around her part of the house such as moving some heavy items and tended to her needs when asked.
