I have had a brief experience caring for seniors as I cared for and helped my late nana as her health began to decline in late 2006. I spent almost all of my time helping her with her medications, doctors visits, household needs and food. I cared for her until she passed in mid 2007. I now take time out of my schedule to care for my grandmother whose health is also declining. Aside from this I have recently graduated with honors from the Everest Institute Brighton campus for Medical assisting and also completed and internship at Brighton Physical therapy where most of the patients were also seniors.
