I have lived with my grandparents since first grade, roughly when I was 6 or 7 years old. I continue to assist my aging grandmother now that my grandfather has passed away. She has lived with us even when we moved. I have held service positions, unpaid and mainly volunteer work, in senior citizen centers. I also have numerous elderly relatives that I have offered to help, especially during family functions and times of transition. I know how difficult it can be to watch seniors age, but I feel I am good at providing seniors a safe and genuine sense of safety and approachability.
