I am a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant). I have previous experience as a caregiver for a year during college specifically caring for the elderly and those with disabilities. I have aided patients who have had Cerebral Palsy and Alzheimer's. I have assisted with activities of daily living such as light cooking, cleaning, bed baths, transfer to shower, etc. I have recently graduated from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program. I can take vital signs, do bed to wheelchair transfers, change sheets, feeding, provide catheter care, mouth care, dressing, positioning, foot care, assisting to ambulate, etc. I enjoy working with the elderly because it is very rewarding taking care of those who have done so much for others throughout their lives.
