Several years ago, I adopted two special-needs pets: Toby, who was abused which caused his blindness, and Starr who is an amputee. They are both on daily medications. I also adopted a cat about eight years ago. She gets along well with dogs. I also took care of a rabbit in my home while owners were on vacation. I have taken care of dogs in my home when friends were on vacation. I have also taken care of pets in their own home, picked up mail and newspapers, and watered plants.
