Susan T.

Susan interviewed with me to take care of my very problematic kitty. She spent an hour asking all sorts of questions about her behavior and how I had been dealing with it, sat on the bed with my cat and pet her and talked with her. My cat, who is very shy, immediately went to sit right next to Susan and stayed there for the entire time we talked. Unfortunately, I had to put my kitty to sleep for heart failure just before I left on my trip, so Susan never did get to sit with her. But I felt absolutely confident that Susan would have been a superb cat care giver, that she would have done everything she could to help me solve my kitty's behavior issues and that I would have come back to a happy cat and clean house. Not only was I saddened to lose my lovely girl, but it meant I didn't have a chance to establish an ongoing relationship with Susan. I will keep her on file because I know I will have other kitties!
