I have over 40 years of experience with animals. Our house has always been a virtual zoo: dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, skunks, iguanas, pot belly pigs, both large and small birds, rodents of all types, snakes, other reptiles and fish. Right now, we have 1 dog, 4 cats, and a pot belly pig, named Einswine. I have worked in kennels, animal hospitals, pet stores, dog daycare facilities, boarding facilities and as a dog walker. I have worked with pleasure horses as well as thoroughbred horses. One of my favorite dog positions was a daycare facility where I spent 4 hours a day in a large yard alone with 25-30 large breed dogs (including Pit Bulls, my favorite breed). My job was to make sure they had fun and that no one fought. I never had a single incident.
