“ I've had experience caring for dogs, cats, birds and even a skunk, as pets in our home. Now, as a volunteer at Zoo Miami, I've handled snakes, rats, rabbits, ferrets and even goats and sheep. Being around and caring for animals is something that has always been very rewarding for me. My dogs and cats have all been rescues that have brought me much happiness and from which I have learned much patience and understanding.
