I had a German Shepherd mix for 10 years. We went for walks and played fetch, she listened rather well. I groomed her regularly. I doggy-sit for my brother occasionally. His American Pit Bull terrier is quite lively and a tad fickle. He loves to be outside and run, so we spend a lot of time in his backyard. My parents have an American Staffordshire Terrier. He is about 10 years old. I've played with him, clipped his nails and cleaned his ears since he was 6 weeks old. I have doggy-sat him for a week while they traveled. I worked in Petsmart Grooming Salon for about 2 and a half-3 years as a dog bather. I washed pets from miniature pinschers to bulldogs to newfies, dried them with force dryers, clipped their nails, cleaned their ears, brushed them etc. I have owned short haired cats as a teenager. I played with them, groomed them, fed them etc. I also owned a horse when I was younger. I can muck stalls, feed and turn out horses as well as groom them and lunge them. I have experience setting up habitats for: all kinds of birds, many different reptiles, frogs, small animals from bunnies to mice to chinchillas and also tarantulas. I have played with & performed duties for these animals.
