I am an ardent dog-lover and I have a beautiful pedigreed lab and a grumpy old mutt at home. I love all breeds, especially those who are big friendly giants. Over the years my family has also impulsively taken in a various assortment of reptiles, amphibians, and fish, so I'm comfortable around them and pretty knowledgeable about their needs as well. I have also "pet sat" cats, guinea pigs, and other rodents.

I'm home from school for the summer and aside from a part-time job I am mostly available. So why not do something I love like being around dogs or cool animals? I can take dogs on long walks or runs with me, take them to dog parks, give routine flea or tick checks (I must do this ALL the time with my own dogs), give baths or clip nails, and even clean out their ears if need be. I have my own transportation and I am also available to stay overnight or for a few days. Kennels aren't always the best place to keep a dog, and if you're going on vacation this summer I can be a fun and attentive alternative!
