Phylicia has had a number of pets and has always taken great care of them. She has never come across an animal she didn't like or care about. She has a tender spot for them. She always cares for other peoples' pets as if they're her own. She is a great person to choose when looking for someone that will treat your pet with the same TLC that you treat them with.
