I volunteered at my good friend's dog grooming company. I never got the chance to actually style the dogs. I was responsible for bathing, brushing, and drying. She also offered dog sitting so I worked with a various amount of breeds. The most frequent breeds I took care of were huskies, Maltese, pugs, a few pit bulls, golden retrievers, and labs. My mother has a Maltese who I basically raised myself. Needless to say I'm very good with the Maltese breed. Unfortunately my mother moved to Ohio bringing the dig with her. I also have some experience with cats. I'm not familiar with the breeds of cats but I grew up with four of them. When I was a kid I had a couple hamsters. My parents trusted me with the responsibility of taking care of them. Let's just say they lasted longer than my sisters.
