Mary Ann is amazing, pure and simple. She's very reliable and flexible, my dog adores her, and she even managed to clip his nails for me (when I try to clip his nails, I get bitten)! I'm hoping to keep her for a long while, and I will be sad when she no longer works for us (and I won't be the only one, haha).
