My name is Mark, and I am the founder of Hayes Valley Pet Care. I've done quite a bit of business travel in the past, and have not only found it difficult to find affordable cat care while away, but have also had some bad experiences where the service that I've payed for (daily feeding and litter removal) appear to have not been done as promised. My goal is to deliver a quality service that allows pet owners peace of mind while away. For some background, I grew up with cats my entire life (both domestic and outdoor), and have been very active in taking care of the cats (and sometimes birds) of friends, neighbors and family while they were away. I live in the Hayes Valley neighborhood with my partner and our cats, and we both are active volunteers with PAWS. My rates are $20/visit, which includes food, water, litter for a single cat. The charge is $4 for each additional cat. This will also include complementary mail/newspaper and plant watering upon request.
