I am 40 years old. I worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 6 years with extensive travel. I decided I had had enough travel. I decided to go back to school. I initially enrolled into Veterinary Technology. I have one year of college for Veterinary tech. Prior to changing degrees. I graduated from the College of Southern Idaho in Computer Graphic design. I am a hugh lover of animals. I even tried to make changes with our state on making animal abuse a felony. We are one of the few states left that still recognizes animal cruelty as a misdemeanors. What kind of crap is that? There are so many people who have pets and just let them go or chain them up to a tree and think that that is an animals life. Also I have heard many people say they are ok outside, they have fur to keep them warm. People just don't get it!!!! If you cannot provide for your animals than you should not have them. My two buddies (dogs) get the royal treatment. If I cannot be with them for over 5 hours than I call in family. If it is more than that than I call in daycare. People are surprised by that but all I can say is that I feel sorry for their animals. My dogs are family and I will do what ever it takes to make sure they are comfortable, and I will also do the same for your animals!
