I am an animal lover and I have had dogs, cats, parakeets, cockatiels, love birds, and hamsters in my lifetime. Some of them have been strays that my husband and I took in. Right now after merging households we have six dogs: two lab mixes (Lab/husky and Lab/Australian shepherd), two Chihuahuas, a cheagle (Chihuahua /beagle mix), and a Schnauzer/Chinese crested hairless mix, and a parakeet. This brings me a lot of experience with care taking and the many joys and individual personalities of our animals. I also help out family members when they have to go out of town and most of them have either just cats or dogs.
