I have spent over 5 years watching neighbors' animals and walking some of the dogs. I specifically worked for one family for 6 years to watch their dog and take care of their rabbit, which included daily feeding cage cleaning walks and playing with them. Another lady had me watch her dog for 4 years. He was quite old and needed special care. I had to carry him up and down the stairs to go out to show him to his food and in general just kept him company a few hours a day. I have also had regular dog walking jobs. I own 4 cats and am comfortable taking care of others as well as birds, fish, hamsters and other pets.
