Ever since I was a small child, my family always had animals. This includes dogs, cats, ferrets, fish, a pot belly pig, a hamster, and a parakeet. Animals are so loving and loyal and need an advocate because they can't express their feelings as easily. I currently foster animals in Huntington Beach who have been abused or found as strays animals whose owners just dumped them into the streets and are going to be euthanized. The several animals I have fostered come in all shapes and sizes and require unconditional love and they realize that they are finally in a safe environment and will never be hurt again. So far I have fostered 12 dogs, and 3 puppies all of whom have been adopted into a loving and safe environment. It breaks my heart to know there are people out there who would abuse any type of innocent animal. It has been a very rewarding experience and I plan on continuing to foster animals as needed. Although it breaks my heart when I see an abused animal, I feel like I'm making a difference by showing them love and affection and to know that they will never be abused or neglected again. I believe that animals are amazing and deserves to be loved and cared for.
