I have a strong passion for animals; I have always been an animal person, since I was a little girl. There is no better life than growing up surrounded by the love of your pets. I currently have three dogs; the newest and youngest member of our family is 1-year-old puppy mix. His name is Bernie and he is Bernese Mountain Dog, German Sheppard, and Poodle. I also have three cats, all rescued. My oldest cat has diabetes; he gets two insulin shots a day (morning and night). My aunt used to run a cat spay/neuter clinic which I would volunteer to help in any way I could. Many times I have fostered kittens for her. I also have an uncle who owns half of a Animal Hospital, as a child I would go there and watch them at work (of course not surgery or anything serious). I know much more than the average 20 yr old female when it comes to animals and I intend to keep learning and gaining experiences.
