I have been working with animalsfor about five years. Before I entered college, I interned at a zoo for a month and got to observe and assist the head veterinarian during exams of many exotic animals. Over the past four years I have worked in two veterinary hospitals as a veterinary technician. I have a lot of experience taking care of hospitalized animals and those just boarding. I can give medications both orally and by injection if the animal is on any medications. I also had three animals growing up a dog, cat and ferret.
