My experiences in pet-sitting have been stretched throughout my whole life. Most recently, I have been given the trust of watching and caring for my aunt and uncle's nine (plus one stray!) cats and two puppy dogs several times while they are out of town. My responsibilities included feeding and giving them their special vitamins twice a day (the goat only once). My daily routine also consisted of cleaning the cat boxes and yard of waste and keeping a close eye on their water. I loved seeing the smiles on their faces when I walked through the door each day and hated to see their sad faces when I'd leave. Pets are a big responsibility yet are precious members of a family. I put everything into making sure that their needs are taken care of, that they're given lots of love, and all-in-all giving their owner a sense of ease while away from home. A rather fanatical pet owner and animal lover myself, taking care of someone else's animal family is not just a job, but an enjoyment.
