I am very interested in a pet sitting/dog walking position. I have been a lover of all animals my whole life and have seized the opportunity to work with them whenever I can. I have volunteered at the Animal Embassy in Stamford and the Humane Society in Westport. Furthermore, I had owned a yellow lab for 10 years until she recently passed. I understand first hand the demands and responsibility of having pets, through more than a decade of ownership and years of volunteering.

I currently have a full time job, but I am seeking a part time job that could supplement my income. I have my own car and have most recently been volunteering with the Connecticut Humane Society. At the Humane Society I work with both cats and dogs. They need volunteers for "cat cuddling" and also for walking dogs. I also help with the medical recovery and veterinary duties. I hope to eventually take classes for a Veterinary Technician certification.
