I have experience caring for everything from goldfish to horses and cows. As a dog owner myself, I know that it can be scary to leave your pet alone for a period of time. I am the type of person that has to call every day to check on my dog while I am away to make sure she is doing alright! So I can understand the anxiety and uneasiness that being away from a loved one can be like. Rest assured that I will make sure your pet is comfortable and happy!
I lived on a ranch in Utah and Montana for a few years where I learned how to take care of all kinds of animals including cows, rescued horses, goats, ducks, pigeons, and dogs. I always had pets growing up including fish, frogs, ferrets, dogs, and even rats.
I will make sure your pet is well fed, gets their daily exercise (if applicable, obviously fish don't go on walks!), and gets the love and attention they deserve. I will also do things such as collect your newspaper or mail and water your plants if requested!
