I currently work at a Veterinary Clinic. I have been employed with the company for almost 3 years, and previously interned at another clinic for about a year as a Vet Technician. I absolutely love animals of all sizes and types. I have most of my experience with dogs, cats, fish, small rodents and birds. I have had pets all my life, and I currently have 3 animals I have rescued. I have 1 pit-boxer-bulldog mix, 2 cats, and a 29 gallon freshwater fish tank. Up until recently, I had a gerbil but I gave her to a friend as a companion for college! I couldn't imagine my life without giving love to animals. No matter where I am, I always seem to find myself taking care of pets (yes, even while on vacation!). I am very compassionate and know the limits with different animals. As a vet technician at work, I have experience with animals of all different types, and each with different special needs! I have general knowledge of veterinary medicine, and I am able to administer medication of all types to both dogs and cats. I can easily catch the signs when something is wrong and I do my absolute best to make the time while your gone the least stressful for your pet.
