“ I have always loved animals, wild and domesticated. I have a 1-year-old Border Collie, nicknamed for his less attractive habits. I have cared for various animals over the years, rabbits, ducks, chickens, goats, lizards, snakes, fish, cats, dogs, exotic birds, hamsters, ferrets, etc. I used to volunteer at my local animal shelter when I lived in Tennessee. I would walk the dogs and show them off to visitors....

I have cared for various animals over the years, rabbits, ducks, chickens, goats, lizards, snakes, fish, cats, dogs, exotic birds, hamsters, ferrets, etc. I used to volunteer at my local animal shelter when I lived in Tennessee. I would walk the dogs and show them off to visitors. It was very rewarding to get to see some of the animals find new homes.
